• Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

  No. You only pay for one month at a time. There's no contracts, hidden sign-up fees or commitments. If you want to cancel your account, you'll only be billed for the current month.

• Can I cancel my account whenever I want to?

  Absolutely! If you want to stop using your account, simply go the Account page and click cancel. You'll only be billed for the remaining days of your current month.

• How does the 30 day free trial work?

  We'll notify you via email when you're nearing the end of your trial. All you have to do is to upgrade your account and securly enter your credit card details for future billing. If you do not wish to use Timely after your free trial, simply ignore the email.

• Can I upgrade my account during the trial?

  Yes. You can upgrade, or downgrade, your account at any time during the trial. Your remaining days of the free trial will stay the same.

• How does the billing work?

  Each month, we automatically charge the credit card you've entered into your account with the sum of your current plan (e.g. 50 dollars). You will then recive an receipt to your email and you can find an overview of all your receipts in the Account section.

• What kind of payments do you accept?

  We only accept payment via credit card. Read more about how this works in the question to the left. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept payment over bank transfer, checks or invoices.
