In order to fulfil our mission, we're looking for 2-3 exceptional individuals to join our Business Development Team to help sell our software to a global audience.

To succeed in this job you will need:

The BDR experience & expertise that we are looking for:

  • 1+ year as a BDR in a SaaS business
  • A "call-1st" approach, regularly making 60+ calls a day
  • Efficient prospecting & experience reaching out to CxOs
  • Expertise in qualification & objection handling
  • Familiar with Outreach, Hubspot & Refract (or similar), and running outbound sequences
  • Excellent English speaking & writing skills
  • Managing your pipeline with a sense of urgency
  • Collaborated effectively with Account Executives

Your previous experience will mean that you can hit the ground running and also help shape best-practices to contribute to the overall success of the team. Being a team player matters!

Key elements of the BDR Role:

  • Pitch Timely using a multi touch approach. Through calling, video, social and email you will aim to understand how their challenges can be solved with our unique value proposition.
  • Crush your targets on a weekly basis, delivering high quality meetings for our Account Executives so that they can exceed their goals too.
  • Plan your week for success, effectively managing your day to day work to exceed your weekly & monthly goals consistently.
  • You will be our front line in getting our message out so you will need to maintain and up to date knowledge of Timely and the broader market for similar technologies.
