Multimedia Content Strategist

Memory is looking to hire an experienced Multimedia Content Strategist who can own our multi-product content output through design, production and distribution.

We have big ambitions to 10x our user base in the next year, and we are looking for the right person to help us do that.

We expect you to develop and implement a multichannel content strategy that gets the right marketing messages to the right people at the right time and accelerate our brand awareness and lead generation.

In short, we're looking for someone with experience increasing commercial returns through content in a fast-moving SaaS company that has already hit significant growth milestones.

We want someone who can:

  • Learn about our customers' interests and build engaging content campaigns that reach them where they spend time online.
  • Leverage market research, data, trends and customer insights to create engaging content campaigns which support our top-of-the-funnel user acquisition with a focus on driving new revenue.
  • Coordinate and prioritise  content requests with product marketing, experience design and web content management teams.
  • Follow B2B industry-related news and generate content ideas around trending topics focused on our target markets.
  • Work with the Head of Communications to develop and optimise content that will improve organic performance, spanning blog articles, multimedia content, social, landing pages, pillar pages, guides and beyond.
  • Write, plan, and direct the production of regular content and scheduled campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Partner with the content distribution team to build brand presence across earned media, including providing copy and direction for guest posting and link-building opportunities.

We want someone with:

  • Experience creating long- and short-form content, thought-leadership pieces, video campaigns and social media assets.
  • Developed storytelling skills with the ability to present concepts in a clear and engaging way.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities, able to quickly tap into the concerns and language of specific audiences.
  • Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development, and delivery skills.

The interview process

  • Finally, we ask people to perform a 1-hour task to understand how they work.
