Track Now Pay Next Year Terms & Conditions

The Track Now Pay Next Year limited time offer is:

1. Only redeemable before 23:59 CET 31-Dec-2022.
2. Only available on annual contracts for Premium, Unlimited or Unlimited+ subscriptions to Timely for 10 or more users.
3. Subject to full and final repayments being made, this limited time offer is interest free.
4. Customers wishing to pay in full before the end of the limited time offer will not be penalized nor will any charges apply for early payment.
5. Payment schedule will be detailed in your Timely Agreement
6. Failure to meet repayments will result in access restriction to your Timely workspace
7. Standard Timely terms and conditions of the Master Service Agreement apply, unless otherwise agreed and stated in your Timely Agreement.
8. Memory AS reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation and to require the immediate full and final repayment of all monies owed to Memory AS.
