Who is Timely for?
Timely is for companies that need to track how they spend their time, whether it's for billing, payroll or to increase productivity. Our customers range from creative agencies, programmers, law firms, architects and management consultants, to educational institutions, freelancers and construction companies.
Can I pay via a custom invoice or bank transfer?
We do offer this for accounts with more than 20 users. For single user accounts, we can unfortunately not offer custom invoices or bank transfer payments. Contact us if you would like to set it up for you.
How do you define 'active project'?
When you create a new time entry in Timely you choose a project to associate it with. The projects you can choose from are your active projects. Read more
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?
Absolutely! When you're setting up payments inside of Timely, you'll be able to choose between monthly or yearly payments.
